Step Three: Shop for a Home
Once you identify which homes on-line you like, I can schedule you for a personal tour.
Step Four: Making an Offer
When you are ready to write an offer on a home, I will assist you with how to write and present your offer to make it the most appealing offer to a seller. I will research comparable homes in the market to guide you with a realistic offer and sales price.
Step Five: Closing on Your New Home
From the time you are under contract to purchase a home, to the time you close, I will manage all the details from inspections, to appraisals and underwriting to funding. You will experience a seamless transaction working with me.
