Step One: Loan Pre-approval

Before you begin shopping for a home, it is critical to enhance your buying power by getting pre-approved. I can guide you in contacting a lender and help prepare you for what a lender is going to require.

Step Two: Learn the Market

By offering me the criteria for which you wish to shop for a home, I can customize a search for you in the Multiple List Service (MLS) and send you automatic emails of listings that fit your criteria. This is the most efficient way to shop for a home.

Step Three: Shop for a Home

Once you identify which homes on-line you like, I can schedule you for a personal tour.

Step Four: Making an Offer

When you are ready to write an offer on a home, I will assist you with how to write and present your offer to make it the most appealing offer to a seller. I will research comparable homes in the market to guide you with a realistic offer and sales price.

Step Five: Closing on Your New Home

From the time you are under contract to purchase a home, to the time you close, I will manage all the details from inspections, to appraisals and underwriting to funding. You will experience a seamless transaction working with me.

Here are the key steps to selling a home…

Step One: Prepare to Sell

I can assist you with the improvements that can make the biggest financial impact and shorten the time it takes to sell. I know what makes the most impact from a buyer’s perspective.

Step Two: Learn the Market

In listing your home, I can guide you in choosing the best asking price that will generate the most attractive offers. I will offer you comparables to consider, information about the ever-changing market in your relevant area and strategies to implement to have your home stand out against the competition.

Step Three: Marketing and Promotion of Your Home

I will create and implement a targeted marketing plan to the right buyers for your home, whether they be in the area already or relocating. Including marketing on-line to print ads and TV, your home will receive continuous and monitored marketing.

Step Four: Having a Successful Closing

Once your home is under contract, you rest at ease. I will coordinate and handle the details. Whether it be negotiating inspections, contacting utility companies or providing the title company necessary documents, I will ensure you have a successful and easy closing day.
